ONLY IF you have physical mailbox hosting in a Plesk based account from our network, and retrieve it via a mail client (Outlook Express / Thunderbird etc) do these instructions apply and you need to take any action. You do NOT need to take any action if you only utilise mail forwarding from our network.

The mail. login process has changed. Please ensure that in your local machine's (your PC's) mail client (Outlook Express / Thunderbird etc) you ensure your settings are configured as follows, replacing stijlnet.net with your domain name
Server mail.stijlnet.net (This remains unchanged)
User Name user@stijlnet.net (This has now had your domain added to your user name and you must make appropriate changes)
Password remains unchanged

Update : 22.15 BST 15 Aug 07 - The Plesk cp update on the server has been completed and stable for 12+ hours. Some users, however, may need to make login changes to their local mail clients in order to connect to their mail. server. This is a critical update for affected users
Update : 17.50 BST 14 Aug 07 - FTP, HTTP, Webmail and email forwarding for network names should now be working correctly, although mail. contact may not, due to ongoing server updates.
Update : 14.10 BST 14 Aug 07 - stijlnet.com and other network domains are still inaccessible due to intermittent response failure to ftp, http and mail requests for domains.
dev. and Freespace users with Plesk based control panels, using specified nameservers, including com32.net subdomains are affected too. Portions of the adserving network are also affacted.
Users with Box77Direct, Dynamic DNS and Reseller Developer Hosting are unaffected.
