Subject: CP/FTP Passwords & Recovery options for all Box77.info accounts

On Monday 15th March we will be implementing a new feature within your control panel (CP) allowing you to set different passwords for control panel access and FTP. The new feature will appear on the right hand side of your control panel when you login. This will allow customers to have two unique passwords, one for connecting via FTP and one for cp.box77.info control panel access. We strongly advise you to make use of this option which will give your account an additional level of security. Please remember to make a note of both passwords and to keep them in a safe place.

We are also introducing a new "Reset Password" feature on the login page of your control panel so that you can easily recover your password, should you forget it, and regain access without having to contact tech support.
