Due to the speed of mobile developments, from November 2005 pages written specifically as low-graphics versions or intemded for mobile access will jointly be written in simple W3C validating table free HTML 4.01. Pages are tested using IE for Windows Mobile on GPRS connection, although being low graphics pages are also suited to 9.6k GSM modems.
